General Definitions and Stipulations
In the present Terms and Conditions, “Sportsbetting”, ”Odds”, “Games", "Trades", "Trading Opportunities", "YB Trades", “Surebets” or the “Website” shall mean the web-based Betting, Casino, Lotto and Sports Trading Platform offered and operated by Yobetit.com Ltd, duly registered on the 12/10/2012 under the laws of Malta with company registration number 57860, and having its registered address at: Mdina Road, Haz-Zebbug, Malta. “Slots”, “Slot Games”, “Casino”, “Live Casino” or “Tickets” shall also refer to the platform. "Software", ”Trading” ”Gambling” and “Betting” shall mean all software used and tools offered by Yobetit to operate the Games and to place bets. Any reference to the "Company" in the present Terms and Conditions shall be understood as a reference to Yobetit.com Ltd. The Company is licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) and operates the Website under the following license number: MGA/B2C/227/2012 dated 01/08/2018.

The Company reserves the right to modify, revise and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes shall be notified to Account Holders in advance and require the Account Holder to re-accept the Terms and Conditions, however it is the responsibility of the Account Holder to periodically review, at a rate not less than once monthly, these Terms and Conditions to take notice of any changes. The Account Holder will be subject to the Terms and Conditions in force at the time the Website was visited, unless any change is required to be made by law or governmental authority, in which case it may apply to previous visits to the Website. Some of the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on the Website. The Account Holder’s continued use of the Website will be deemed binding acceptance of any amendment. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta and parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts and/or to the rules of arbitration in accordance with the Malta Arbitration Act, as administered by the Malta Arbitration Centre. In addition to the standard Terms and Conditions, additional Terms and Conditions may govern various promotions and special offers offered from time to time. In such circumstances, Account Holders will be informed or directed to the additional Terms and Conditions.
