How can I open a Yobetit Account?

Opening a Yobetit account is quick and easy, you can select the ‘OPEN AN ACCOUNT’ option on the website, enter your details and select 'OPEN AN ACCOUNT'. You will then receive an email from which you will need to select 'Activate Account'. This will automatically activate your account and you will be able to log in by selecting the 'LOGIN' option situated at the top of the page. You will then need to enter your personal details. You can do this by clicking on your email at the top of the page on the website. Then from the column that appears on the left of the page, select 'PERSONAL DETAILS' in the 'SETTINGS' section.


Please note that it is important that you then fully verify your account to be able to use your account freely. More details regarding the verification process can be found in the 'VERIFICATIONS' section in the FAQs.


Can I open more than one Yobetit account?

Our customers are only permitted to have one Yobetit account. Any additional accounts created by you will be closed upon detection.


I did not receive the email with the activation link

Please note that it may take a few minutes before receiving the email with the activation link. If you do not receive it, kindly Contact Us via email on [email protected] so that we can assist you further. Please remember to also check your junk and spam folder.


What are the requirements for choosing a password? Why won't my password be accepted?

Your password must be made up of at least 8 characters and it must include the following:

  • At least one capital letter
  • At least one lower case letter
  • At least one digit
