The eight participating teams will be split into two groups with the 2 of the teams being those who qualified for the group stage and the remaining four having been invited to participate. The groups will be the following:
- ENCE eSports
- G2 Esports
- Team Liquid
- FaZe Clan
- NRG Esports
- OpTic Gaming
While all the teams taking part in the tournament are among the best teams in the world, we expect the battle for the final prize to be between Team Liquid and Astralis. Moreover, if we had to pick the most likely team to win it, it would be Astralis. The Danish CSGO powerhouse is back and these guys are playing like madmen once again.
They easily rolled past the other teams at the StarLadder Major Berlin 2019 and it seems like there is no stopping them anytime soon. Astralis are at odds of 1.22 by Yobetit to win the event in New York.
Compared to the others here, one can feel that Astralis is the most consistent and competitive teams out of the eight. For instance, ENCE, G2 and FaZe are all going through roster changes and there is little to no chance that they will be able to trouble Astralis. So what are you waiting for? Place your bets at Yobetit!
